Registration and financial paperwork can be requested from the DACS office by calling 801-731-3140 or by emailing the school secretary at secretary@deamude.org.

If you prefer, paperwork can be printed off by clicking on the links below. For new students, please follow the New Student Registration Checklist to make sure all forms are properly submitted. There is also a Returning Student Checklist for current students who are registering for the next year.

FAQS

1. Is Deamude accredited in Utah?
    Yes, Deamude is accredited by the Northwest Accreditation Commission, the National Council for Private School Accreditation, and the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists.
 
2. When does the school year begin and end?
    The 2015-2016 school year starts August 24 and ends June 2.
 
3. What is the dress code?
    Polo shirts in navy blue, light blue or white, dress pants or skirts in khaki or navy blue. For the full uniform policy, click here.
 
4. Do you provide a hot lunch?
    Generally, No.  Hot lunches may be provided by the Home and School Association as a fundraiser and will be announced before the date.
 
5. What time does school begin and end each day?
    Monday through Thursday, school runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
 
6. How old does my child have to be to enter kindergarten?

    Kindergartners have to be 5 years old by September 1.  A readiness test may be administered by the teacher.
